If I could give no stars, I would. Very unprofessional. I got two rings while I was in Rom for vacation. Both ended up black in less than two days and really bad quality. I reached by phone and email but got no response until today. A big shame ! (My friend that lives in Rom, also bought two and they ended up like mine so ut is not an only case.) DO NOT GO THERE

woman followed my wife and I around the entire time, and didn't even ask if we need help. the only words she said were to make sure we knew the items were silver plated and not real silver. no, we didn't come here to steal your $3 jewelry.

Rude staff, I came in the store while sending a voice message and a lady, probably store manager, greeted ironically thinking I didn't want to say good evening. Unbelievable, it took me away any wish to buy a gift.
